Summer Camp Registration occurs in May of each year for Early Childhood and Grades children.

Summer camp registration is first-come, first-served for currently enrolled students or new students enrolled for September 2011.  Friends and family may enroll in the Grades Camps only, after May 1, 2011. 

Submit your registration and payment early because the camps fill up fast!  Please use the grade your child is entering in September 2011.  Camps are designed for children to relax and have fun while sustaining those healthy rhythms established during the school year.  Please call for details.  619 280 8016.

Placement is first-come-first-served. WSSD students enrolled for September 2011 will receive priority until May 1, 2011.  Summer camp is strictly limited to the grade student is entering (see below). Early Childhood summer camp is for children between the ages of 4 years, 6 months and 7 years old by June 1st. Students not currently enrolled in WSSD kindergarten program please contact the office prior to registration for more information. The last day for Summer Camp enrollment is June 1, 2011. Cancellations are charged a $25 fee. No drop-ins or daily rates are available. Registration will not be accepted without full payment and completion of this form, including your signature on the Hold Harmless Agreement and Emergency Medical Information and Consent Form. IMPORTANT NOTE: Extended Care will be available contingent upon sufficient interest – please mark your extended care needs at the end of this form.

The full Summer Camp Registration form must be completed and submitted to the office before the start of camp, complete with Emergency Contact information, Medical Consent and Hold-Harmless Agreement signatures.
