High School Teachers

The Waldorf School of San Diego will proudly welcome its third high school class this September and expand its curriculum to include the eleventh grade.  We seek additional high school teachers in the following course areas: Chemistry, Math, English, Play Direction and Biology.  Courses are available on a visiting basis and on a part-time weekly basis.  A full-time position may be available. 

Ideal applicants will bring an active passion for working with adolescents, a strong background in their specific field/s and an active interest in anthroposophy.  Our high school mission statement places special emphasis on social justice and environmental sustainability.  We strongly value Waldorf high school teacher training and will happily consider individuals who are working towards their Waldorf high school teaching certificate.
