A Four Year Journey of Athletic and Outdoor Adventure
We believe that teenagers need to maintain respect for their developing bodies. All students participate in our movement education classes twice a week. The classes are focused on expanding each student's physical capabilities while engaging their will to push themselves to their potential as well as developing their cognitive skills to deepen their understanding of strategy and teamwork. Our students have the opportunity to broaden their capacities through participation in traditional sports such as volleyball, basketball and track and field, as well as experiencing non-traditional activities such as orienteering and circuit training.
